For our main projects we work with various research groups in Bulgaria, Serbia, Greece, Romania and the Balkan region. For speleological research the Institute maintains and funds the E.A.Martel Speleological Club, and two research teams – the ATI Cave Exploration Team for cave diving research and the Tenebris Underground Research Group for alpine karst and complex cave systems research.
The Institute also maintains trans-continental corroboration with various NSS research groups in the USA, as well as with dive exploration teams in Mexico for scientific exchange.
